Classroom Project Guidelines
All Documents, receipts, and reports must be reported to the Pasco Education Foundation. Mid-year status updates will be required, along with a year-end review. Semester testing scores will be required if applicable. All items purchased with Innovative Classroom Project funds become the property of Pasco County Schools. If the awardee leaves the District, items purchased must stay with the school, or may be passed on to another District teacher, at the discretion of the principal.
Amounts awarded will vary based on Program quality, funds needed, funds available, and the number of competing applications received. No more than 10% of funds awarded may be used for food, promotional materials, awards, incentives, or administrative costs. *Please refer to the state match requirements located at the bottom of this form.

State Match Requirements
Allowable expenditures include: training/conferences, professional and technical services, classroom materials, computer software, computer hardware, other equipment, program supplies, travel, and printing. Non-Allowable expenditures include: administrative expenses, capital improvements, support of interscholastic athletics, refreshments, decorative items, awards for outstanding service, and the entertainment of dignitaries.
