The applications process usually opens twice a year. Please complete the information below and you will be contacted when the official application period opens.

Application Process

Prior to the application period, we will email additional information and the link to submit the official application. Chosen applicants will be interviewed and, if selected, those applicants will be invited to attend the Pasco County Sheriff's ARGUS Academy during the summer. Once an applicant has successfully completed the academy, they may be offered employment as a School Safety Guard starting at the beginning of the school year in August.
