Project L.E.A.D. Guidelines
Project L.E.A.D. supports school-wide and district-wide projects designed to make a meaningful impact on students. Funding focuses on projects that advance STEM education, literacy, student resiliency, support for low-performing students, teaching quality and professional development, career and technical education, and efforts to increase graduation rates. Project L.E.A.D. funds projects over $2,500.
Funding requests are now being accepted for the 25/26 school year. Please allow 4-6 weeks for review.
Mid-project status updates will be required, along with a year-end review. Semester testing scores will be required if applicable. Funds must be spent by April 15 to account for student data reporting.
Amounts awarded will vary based on program quality, the amount of funds needed, the availability of funds, and the number of competing applications received. All equipment and materials purchased with program funds shall become the property of Pasco County Schools. If the awardee leaves the District, items purchased must remain at the location or may be transferred to another location with prior approval.
