This reimbursement form should be completed by any approved employee in the Teach Pasco Paid Pathway Program (SRP to Teacher Program) seeking reimbursement for costs incurred from seeking their degree in Education. All courses reimbursed must be in the area of education or documented prerequisites to education courses. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted no later than 30 days after semester end. Please note that the reimbursement process may take approximately 60-90 days to complete. Upon completion of the degree, a commitment to teach in Pasco County Schools for a minimum of two (2) years is required if/when offered employment.
A maximum of two (2) courses and/or six (6) credit hours per semester are eligible for reimbursement. Reimbursement for tuition is based upon the current state tuition rate (currently $91.62 - colleges and $114.75 - universities, per credit hour).
Must earn a grade of C or higher in each course for reimbursement.
Books must state they are required on the course syllabus
