Please review the available dates for EKG screenings scheduled for March at our high school campuses. Select your top five preferred dates to host the screenings. If there is a date that your school cannot host a screening due to another event on your campus, please indicate that in your selection.

Kindly submit your selections by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 28th, so I can compile responses and finalize the schedule for each school.
