* Transcripts are still located at the last school attended. Please CLICK HERE and then click on the transcript request button for your school to request them.

Records for students who are 25 years or older Please complete the form below:
* Transcripts will be electronically sent to participating institutions in the state of Florida through the Florida University system.
* All out of state transcripts will be mailed or emailed if an email address is provided for the institution. We do not email to personal email addresses.
* College postal addresses will be required. If you select Send Electronically and your institution is not part of the Florida University system, your transcripts will automatically be sent to the postal or email address you have provided for your institution.
* In order to protect the health and safety of employees, staff, and students, all those who access Pasco County School locations must self-screen for symptoms and other risk factors of COVID-19* If you are picking up your records please self screen prior to visit.
